I am delighted to welcome you to Richard Rose Central Academy, which is part of United Learning.

With over 𝟱,𝟬𝟬𝟬 event entries, we had a non-stop day of fun, passion and effort. Today certainly embodied all three of our character virtues with 𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 and 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 on display throughout the day! Well done to every student who participated in an event today and more so those students who participated in multiple events. 🏆 𝕊𝕡𝕠𝕣𝕥𝕤 𝔸𝕨𝕒𝕣𝕕𝕤 𝔹𝕒𝕝𝕝 𝟚𝟘𝟚𝟝 🏆 On Friday 4th July, we held our annual Sports Awards Ball at The Halston Hotel. This was an opportunity to celebrate all sporting successes so far this year. Well done to everyone involved. 🏃 ＳｐｏｒｔｓＤａｙ２０２５🏃🏽‍♂️ A reminder that our third annual sports day will take place at The Sheepmount stadium today (Friday 11th July). Please see some key reminders for parents and students below… ☑️ Students should attend the academy at 8.25 for registration before being walked down to The Sheepmount. ☑️ Students should attend school in PE kit, or can can wear sportswear in their house colours. ☑️ All students will need to bring with them a water bottle, packed lunch and suncream. ☑️ Students will be walked back from The Sheepmount before being dismissed from the academy at 3pm. 🧗‍♂️ 𝕐𝕖𝕒𝕣 𝟟 ℝ𝕖𝕤𝕚𝕕𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕚𝕒𝕝 𝟚𝟘𝟚𝟝 ⛵️ Today, 80 of our brilliant Year 7 students returned from their residential in High Cross, Ambleside. We had three busy days of activities including guided walks to Grasmere and Rydal Caves, rock climbing, abseiling and raft building. Where students were brilliant and engaged amazingly throughout, doing us all so proud!
